Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Our BJJ program is suitable for students aged 12 years and above, from complete beginners through to experienced practitioners. Classes cover fundamental techniques, positional control, submissions, escapes and live rolling in a welcoming and supportive environment.

TMA is proudly affiliated with The BJJ Factory, giving our students access to high-quality instruction and a respected Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lineage.
